June 1, 2025:<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0 Setting up a new classroom for the children in Sege! Even while still planning and working on the kindergarten building, there is a great need for teaching space right now. Maria and her loyal team in Accra have come up with a less expensive and speedier solution: a\u00a0 large storage ‘container’\u00a0 which can easily be set in place, windows and doorway inserted, and have it planted on a concrete riser.\u00a0 The container itself is $2,000 USD, and with placement and improvements would come to approximately $5,000.\u00a0 With your help, this can be done even before she arrives home in October! Here is Maria’s vision and next intention:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Although Marlon would prefer I decide where it should stand. Because I want an area where we could still have a lot of space for a playground. (NOTE:\u00a0 It is about $10 USD to buy a bag of cement, allowing the young men to make the bricks used to build the walls of the school\/kindergarten and start building the concrete riser. )<\/span><\/div>\n
